What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Customers in the EU also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a store. A deduction may only be made if the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
